摘要
介绍了铜管切削及端面磨削系统总成设计的方法,使用UG NX完成自动上料机构、自动夹紧机构、传动机构、锯切和倒角机构和下料机构的结构图和系统总体虚拟装配图。使用该系统不仅在铜管加工过程中实现了切削及端面磨削的自动化,极大地提高了生产率,而且降低了工人的劳动强度。
The design methods of cutting and face grinding system for copper pipe were introduced. Automatically feeding de- vice, fastening device, drive system, sawing and chamfering mechanism and discharging mechanism were designed by using UG NX in 3D environment, meanwhile the virtual assembly of the machine tools was finished. Using the system, the cutting and face grinding of copper pipe can be realized automatically. The productivity is greatly improved and the labor intensity is reduced.
