A Study of Anticipating Traits in China's Estate Market

预期因素是房地产市场的重要影响因素。在当前我国房地产市场发展还不健全的情况下 ,探讨预期因素对房地产市场的影响具有重要的现实意义。本文从预期基本理论的分析入手 ,探讨了预期因素对房地产市场供需的影响 ,分析了我国房地产市场的预期特征 ,并有针对性地提出发展我国房地产市场的政策取向。

Anticipating factors are greatly important in estate market. Because China's estate market has practical significance. This paper first discusses some basic anticipation theories, and the influence caused by the anticipating factors to the demand and supply in estate market, then the anticipating traits in China's estate market. In the end, it throws light on some directive policies about how to develop China's estate market healthily.
