攻丝编程技术在实际加工中的应用

摘要 由于攻丝编程与普通轮廓编程存在明显的差异,以及机床控制器本身也对攻丝编程有一定的制约,因此编程员在实际操作中往往会遇到各种问题。通过理论研究并结合实际应用,给出在CNC机床上应用攻丝技术加工螺纹孔时的一些关键性问题的具体解决方法。 Some key problems of processing screw holes by the application of tapping technology on the CNC machine were mainly studied. As the obvious differences existed between tapping programming and contour programming, as well as certain restraint faced to tapping programming by the machine controller itself, so some problems were encountered by the programming designer in the actual operation. The concrete solutions were presented through theoretical research and practical application.
