摘要
对履带车辆静动液辅助制动系统进行仿真研究。该系统采用液力与液压传动相结合的方法,提供了一种新的辅助制动系统结构形式。针对系统的液力辅助制动功能,在偶合器全充液与液压泵定排量的情况下,建立液力辅助制动工况的数学模型,并在Matlab环境下进行仿真研究。结果表明,建立的数学模型能够准确地反映系统的实际制动性能。对某型自行火炮底盘的仿真结果表明:该辅助制动系统能够在车辆时速不低于12.5 km/h时,提供可靠的减速制动。
The simulation research of auxiliary braking system of tracked vehicle was carried out. The system was composed of hydrodynamic system and hydraulic system which supplied a new assistant brake mode. With consideration of the hydrodynamic bra- king, under the conditions of coupler fully charged and hydraulic pump displacement fixed, the mathematic models were built, and simulation was made by Matlab. The results show that the mathematic model can reflect the braking performance accurately. The sim- ulation results of the chassis of one modern military tracked vehicle indicate that the hydraulic auxiliary braking system can satisfy the braking need of modern military tracked vehicle with the speed not lower than 12. 5 km/h.
