摘要
泄漏量的大小对超高压液压系统的影响十分大。介绍超高压水射流中几种常见的动密封。主要分析了在超高压状态下活塞往复运动中采用的间隙密封的原理,建立了间隙密封套筒加工精度、厚度、系统压力、泄漏量之间的关系模型,为间隙密封设计提供依据。
Leakage has great influence on uhra-high pressure hydraulic system. Several common dynamic seals in ultra-high pressure water jet were introduced. The principle of clearance seal used in the reciprocating motion of piston was mainly analyzed. A mathematic model was built among the leakage of hydraulic system, the accuracy and thickness of the sleeve, the pressure of hydraulic system. It provides basis for the design of clearance seal.
