摘要
根据液气悬挂装置性能测试试验台的工作原理和试验要求,建立了其静功能测试模块液压系统的仿真模型,通过仿真得到了关键零件——轴向固定器的载荷曲线。依据载荷曲线及载荷性质,对轴向固定器进行了有限元优化,得到了最终的优化设计结果。
According to experiment requests and working principles of liquid gas suspension device performance test rig, simula- tion model of hydraulic system of its static functional test module was established. Through simulation, the load curve of the key part axis direction retainer was gotten. Based on the load curve and load character, FEM optimization was done for axis direction retainer. And optimization design results were obtained.
