摘要
在设备既定的条件下,为了适应品种繁多的工程塑料、形状和精度要求各异的制品加工,尽可能地发挥设备效能,必须调整注射机的结构参数和工艺参数,可采用的措施包括:通过远程调压阀或溢流阀来调节注射压力,调节锁模力,采用注射速度分级控制,采用进油节流调速回路调节合模速度,控制塑料塑化状况,在保证质量的前提下尽量缩短工作循环时间。
Under the condition of using the same machine, the structure parameters and technological parameters of the injection machine were adjusted in order to adapt to a great variety of engineering plastics and the processing of the products with varying shapes and precision requirements and to maximize the performance of the machine. The adopted measures were included: the injection pres- sure and locking force were adjusted by the remote pressure regulating valve or overflow valve; the injection speed was regulated by the speed control circuit; the pressing speed was regulated by the inlet oil throttle speed adjusting circuit to control the plastic plasticizing state; the working cycle time was shortened in the premise of quality assurance.
