摘要
以传统耐火材料压砖机为研究对象,采用WE!NVIEW的MT6070H触摸屏作为上位机、三菱FX0N系列PLC作为下位机的控制方案,利用气动控制实现了对压砖机的自动控制。现场应用证明:该系统出砖的效率和控制精度提高,所需人员少,控制简单,可维护性强。
Taking traditional brick machine as research object, using touch-screen of WE! NVIEW MT6070H as the upper mo- nitor and Mitsubishi PLC of FXON series as lower machine, automatic control of brick machine was realized based on pneumatic con- trol. The application has proved that this system has high efficient and control precision, requiring fewer staff. It has better maintain- ability than before.
