摘要
有机土性能的好坏将直接影响油基钻井液的流变性和携岩能力。介绍了有机土的制备方法和使用的黏土种类,总结了不同种类有机土的化学结构和性能特点。对比分析表明,季铵盐改性膨润土是制备有机土最常见的方法,通过改良季铵盐的化学结构,可以优化有机土的耐温和成胶性能,碱性钙基膨润土改性法和硅烷交联剂表面修饰法制备有机土技术尚未应用于油基钻井液领域,这2种方法值得关注。
The performance of organic clay has direct effect on rheology and capability of cuttings in oil-based drilling fluidsystem.In this paper, the preparation method and clay types are introduced, and the chemical structure and performance ofdifferent organic are summarized.The comparison results show that the method of modified by quaternary ammonium isthe most popular that the organic clay performances of high-temperature resistance and gel can be improved by modifyingchemical structure of quaternary ammonium.However, the methods of alkaline calcium bentonite modification and alkanesilica cross-linking agent surface modification are not applied in oil-based drilling fluid system yet.
