摘要
工程项目物流管理的完善对于提高工程项目的科学管理水平有重要意义,文中以北京某建筑工程有限公司某建设项目为研究对象,运用TOC约束理论对实际施工现场物流管理现状进行分析,并运用ABC分析法针对现场物流管理普遍存在的瓶颈问题提出了改进建议。
The improvement of project logistics management plays a very important role on raising the scientific management level of the project logistics management.In this paper,we Regarded a construction engineering limited company in Beijing as the study object,and apply TOC constraint theory to analyse the logistics management current situation on the construction site,and then give suggestions for improvement according to the bottleneck generally existing in the logistics management by mean of ABC-Analysis.
