制造企业实施精益管理模式探讨

Discussion on Implementation of Lean Management Mode in Manufacturing Enterprise

从"精益"的涵义入手,基于目前精益理论的研究成果,吸收先进的管理思想和方法,首先对精益管理模式进行理论探讨,界定了精益管理模式的内涵。在此基础上,把各种先进管理思想与精益生产方式进行有机结合,通过概括总结和理论探讨,构建精益管理模式的理论框架模型,提出一个相对科学、完善和系统的管理体系——制造企业精益管理模式。最后文中提出制造企业进行精益化改造的解决方案。这种模式的应用,对推动企业的发展具有一定的理论参考价值和实践指导意义。

From the meaning of ＂lean＂,based on the research of lean theory,absorpting advanced management ideas and methods,firstly discussed lean management mode from theory,defined the connotation of lean management model.On this basis,made some advanced management idea and lean production to be organically combined,through the summed up and theoretical exploration,constructed the theory framework model of lean management mode,and came up with a more scientific,perfect and systematic management system,that is,lean management mode for manufacturing enterprise.Finally,this paper puts forward solutions for lean reconstruction in manufacturing enterprise.The application of this model has certain theoretical reference value and practical significance to promote the development of the enterprise.
