摘要
对于采购部门来说,是否能应用一种客观的、全面的、量化的指数来评价物供商,呈交领导决策,是首先考虑的问题。供应商能力体现在各个方面,除以上客观条件外,还包括配合积极性、供货风险、合作关系等主观因素。因此,评价供应商应考虑公司新项目车型的市场定位,同时参考相关部门如研发、质量、采购、售后的综合评价,为公司选择优秀的供应商。
For Purchasing department,if the supplier can be evaluated and presented to the management by a objective,comprehensive and measurable KPI is the primary task we need to think about.The capability of supplier is reflected in various sides,beside the objective conditions mentioned above,also includes subjective factors as activity of cooperation,risk of delivery,cooperation attitude and so on.Therefore evaluate supplier should consider the market position for the new model in company,meanwhile reference to the evaluation of development,quality,purchasing,and after sales,in order the select the quality suppliers.
