摘要
政府机构改革是现阶段我国政府面临的最大改革问题之一,也是一项长期而艰巨的系统性改革课程。尤其是在我国行政权力过大的情况下,政府机构的改革会遇到很大的阻力和不确定性。文中通过深入剖析我国行政组织变革的动因及阻力,探求政府机构改革的必然性和可行性,为我国顺利推进政府机构改革的进程,顺利实现行政机构改革的目标而提供理论支持。
At present,the reform of the Chinese government is one of the biggest problems which government faced to,and is also a long-term and arduous systemic course of the reform.Especially at the situation which the power of administration have been too big,the reform of government institutions will face a lot of resistance and uncertainty.This paper analyzes the agent of change and resistance of the organization reform of Chinese administrative,and find the necessity and feasibility of the reform in order to progress the process smoothly,finally provide theoretical support for it.
