近年来,庸俗文化和不良价值观对我国的高等教育的冲击导致了一些高等教育教育者和受教育者伦理理念缺失。高职院校作为培养专门性技术人才的窗口,工学交替的培养模式对高职院校师德建设提出新要求,而且高职受教育者由于在较短受教育周期内各种教育不能有效集成,加之教育过程受外界消极环境因素难以消除,重塑大学生健康积极向上的伦理理念,进一步加强师德教育建设成为高职教育院校值得关注和亟待解决的问题。
