黑龙江省森工林区具有丰富的森林资源,长期以来,在保障国家建设中发挥了重大作用。当前,林区存在着的资源枯竭、体制制约、观念落后、经营模式单一等诸多现实问题已严重影响了森工林区的发展。森工林区必须加快产业结构调整,加速产品升级换代;发挥资源优势,培育新的经济增长点;推进体制创新,激发和增强企业活力,从而实现森工林区经济的可持续发展。

With rich forest resources, the forest industry region in Heilongjiang has played a significant role in supporting national construction for a long time. At present, the problems of resource exhaustion, institutional constraint, backward concept and single business model have influenced the development of the forest industry region seriously. In order to achieve sustainable economic development, the government must accelerate the industrial structure adjustment, speed up product upgrading, make full use of resource advantages to cultivate new economic growth point, and promote institutional innovation to invigorate enterprises.
