摘要
在科技成果转化及企业技改中的可行性研究存在着大量的问题 ,典型的有“可行的项目不可行”、“不可行的项目可行”等现象 ,对此进行了分析 ,并提出相应的建议。
There are many problems in feasibility researches in the process of transforming technological fruits and rebuilding technology. A typical example is “feasible project is infeasible” but “infeasible one is feasible”. So this paper analyzes the unreasonable phenomena and proposes some advice for reference.
