地方师范院校新生职业生涯规划现状调查与思考——以绵阳师范学院为例

Investigations and Reflections on the status quo of the Freshmen Career Planning in Local Teachers' Colleges: taking Mianyang Normal University as an Example

职业生涯教育是当前大学生就业指导工作中的重点之一,职业生涯教育的效果直接影响到高校就业工作成效和学生的成长、成才和发展。准确把握学生职业生涯规划现状是开展职业生涯教育的前提和基础。在当前日益严峻就业形势下,地方师范院校学生面临巨大的就业压力,调查研究此类院校学生职业生涯规划现状对改进就业工作具有重要现实意义。本文以绵阳师范学院为研究个案,通过对该校2011级学生对职业生涯规划的调查,了解地方师范院校大一新生职业生涯规划的现状,并据此为高校职业生涯教育提出相应建议。

Career education is one of the key points in current college students＇employment guidance, whose effect has a direct influence upon the college employment working results as well as students＇ growth, success and development. To accurately grasp the status quo of students＇career planning is the premise and basis of carrying out career education. With the increasingly severe employment situation at present, students in local Teachers＇ colleges are facing tremendous employment pressure, so the investigation on the status quo of such college students＇ career planning has a significant realistic meaning for the improvement of employment work. Taking Mianyang Normal University as research case and investigating the career planning of students in Grade 2011, this paper aims to under- stand the status quo of freshmen career planning in local Teachers＇ colleges and put forward some suggestions for college career education accordingly.
