科学小说与中国科技城文化软实力的提升

Science Fiction and the Improvement of Cultural Soft Power in the Scientific and Technological City in China

中国的文化软实力的提升无疑有赖于中国各地域的文化软实力的提升,对绵阳而言,如何推进文化软实力建设,是需要考虑的一个问题。在过去几十年里,以科学小说为突破口,而对科学与文学、自然科学与社会科学相结合的问题进行过有益探讨的科普工作者,无论是在科研、科普机构及平台的建设,与国内外多个领域的资源整合,还是在科学小说的创作与研究方面,都已取得一定实绩。在总结经验、整合资源的基础上,进一步从创作与研究方面深入推进,将不仅有力凸显绵阳的"中国科技城"特色,使之成为四川省的一张文化名片,也将使"中国科技城"的命名具有更丰富的文化蕴含,提升其作为"中国科技城"的文化软实力。

The improvement of Chinese cultural soft power relies on that of the cultural soft power of all re- gions in China undoubtedly. As for Mianyang, we should consider how to propel the construction of the cultural soft power. In the past decades, the popular science workers, who made useful investigations on the combination of sci- ence and literature with physical science and social science, have made some achievements, whether in scientific study, the construction of popular science institutions and platforms, the resource integration with many fields both at home and abroad, or the creation and study of science fiction. Based on the experiential summary and resource combination, we should further promote the creation and research deeply, highlight Mianyang＇s characteristic as ＂ the Scientific and Technological City in China＂, make it become a cultural card of Sichuan Province, let it have a rich cultural connotation, thus improving its cultural soft power.
