摘要
从土壤中筛选到一株芽孢杆菌SH-1,该菌株能够产生抑制多种细菌的活性物质,初步确定该菌株为蕈状芽孢杆菌.通过单因素实验及正交实验对蕈状芽孢杆菌SH-1菌株所产生抗菌物质的发酵条件进行优化,采用牛津杯法测定该菌株所产抗菌物质的抑菌活性,最终确定蕈状芽孢杆菌SH-1菌株产生抗菌物质的最适发酵条件为:温度36℃,pH8,转速180r/min,接菌量体积分数4%,发酵时间24h.
One strain of Bacillus SH-1 was screened from soil, have been able to produce lots of active antibacterial substance. and was proved through experiment to The strain was identified as Bacillus mycoides SH-1. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the fermentation conditions for Bacillus mycoides SH-1 to produce antibacterial substance was optimized, and the antibacterial activity was tested by Oxford cup method. The best fermentation conditions for Bacillius mycoides SH-1 to produce antibacterial substance was determined as temperature 36 ℃, pH 8, speed 180 r/min, inoculum amount 4%, fermentation time 24 h.
