摘要
利用拉曼光谱和扫描电镜对合成的LiCoO2陶瓷分别进行了结构的鉴定以及组织形貌的观察。此外,分别采用四探针法和温差热电势法进行了电导率和Seebeck系数的测定。结果表明LiCoO2为层状的组织结构,属于P型半导体,在测量温度范围,Seebeck系数及电导率均随温度的升高而增大,其中在800K时,Seebeck系数和电导率均达最大值分别为170uV/K和1.06×102Sm-1。
Structure and morphology of LiCoO2 ceramic were investigated by Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. What' s more, electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient were measured by four-probe method and thermoelectric-potential method respectively. The results showed that LiCoO2 is a p-type semiconductor and presents a layered structure morphology. In the measuring temperature range, seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity both increased with increasing temperature. Among of them, maximum values of seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity were 170uV/K and 1.06×10^2Sm^-1 respectively at 700K.
