摘要
目的观察支气管哮喘临床路径,对患者出院后治疗依从性和哮喘控制水平的影响。方法将确诊的支气管哮喘患者150例随机分为试验组和对照组各75例,试验组予以临床路径护理管理,对照组予以传统常规护理。于出院后半年进行电话问卷调查,对比患者依从性和哮喘控制水平差异。结果试验组患者依从性和哮喘控制水平显著优于对照组(P<0.01),2组患者半年内再入院率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论通过引入临床路径可以提升患者健康教育水平,改善患者依从性及哮喘控制水平。
Objective Observation the implementation of the health education path program,,treatment compliance and asthma control level influence after discharge treatment.Methods Total of 150 cases who were Diagnosed bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into experimental and control group75 cases respectively,the experimental group were treatment with clinical pathways care management,the control group with conventional care,compared to patient compliance and asthma control level differences after discharge about six months with telephone survey.Results compliance and asthma control in experimental group were significantly better than the control group（P0.01）,the readmission rate of two groups was not significant difference within six months（P0.05）.Conclusion The introduction of clinical path can improving the health education with patient compliance and asthma control level.
