宫颈扩张器复位法纠正子宫过度倾曲临床应用观察

Clinical application of cervical dilator resetting method in correcting uterine excessive tilt

目的探讨宫颈扩张器复位法纠正子宫过度倾曲的临床效果。方法对2010年1月—2011年7月在我站施行负压吸宫术或清宫术中,因子宫过度倾曲者73例采用宫颈扩张器复位法纠正子宫过度倾曲。结果73例均成功纠正子宫位置,总有效率为100%,其中纠正子宫过度前倾前曲显效率为53.3%,有效率为46.7%;纠正子宫过度后倾后曲显效率为42.9%,有效率为57.1%.所有受术者均无手术并发症发生。结论宫颈扩张器复位法纠正子宫方位效果满意,可明显降低宫腔手术操作风险,有效减少计划生育手术并发症的发生,能够减轻受术者痛苦,提高手术质量,保障妇女的生殖健康。

Objective To investigate the Clinical effect of cervical dilator resetting method in correcting uterine excessive tilt. Methods From January 2011 to December 2010,73 cases of implementations of negative pressure aspiration of uterus or curettage in our station are using cervical dilator resetting method to correct uterine excessive tilt. Results 73 cases were successful ,having corrected uterine position with the total efficiency of 100% .Significant efficiency of correcting uterine excessive anteversion and anteflexion is 53.3% （24/45）,with an efficiency of 46.7% （21/45）.Significant efficiency of correcting uterine excessive hypsokinesis and retroflexion is 42.9% （12/28）,with an efficiency of 57.1% （16/28）. All patients had no surgical complication. Conclusion The effect of cervical dilator resetting method in correcting uterine position is satisfied. The method can significantly reduce the risk of uterine cavity operation ,and effectively reduce the family planning operation complications, so as to reduce the patient＇s pain, improve the operation quality ,protect women＇s reproductive health.
