重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的短期临床效果评价 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)治疗急性心力衰竭(acute heart failure,AHF)的短期临床疗效。方法选取36例急性心力衰竭和慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者,采用随机方法分为试验组和对照组。试验组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用rhBNP,对照组加用硝酸甘油,持续静脉滴注24 h.记录用药前及用药24 h后患者呼吸困难程度及临床症状的变化,并对其结果进行比较。结果试验组呼吸困难和临床症状好转率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人脑利钠肽能显著改善短期内急性心力衰竭患者的呼吸困难程度及临床症状。
