Salt-free reactive dyeing of cotton fabric modified with WLS-20

采用自制的阳离子羽毛蛋白改性剂WLS-20对棉织物改性,并进行活性无盐染色。结果表明,改性剂WLS-20处理后的棉织物上染百分率与固色率均超过未改性棉织物传统加盐染色效果,并获得比阳离子改性剂WLS更好的染色效果。

Modification of cotton fabric is carried out with self-made cationic feather keratin WLS-20 followed by salt-free reac- tive dyeing. The effect of modification process on dyeing results are studied, and the optimum modification process is deter- mined. The results show that cotton fabric modified with WLS-20 features higher color yield and fixation compared with those of conventional dyeing in the presence of salt, and the former has better dyeing results than those with WLS.
