摘要
采用尿素/H_2O_2活化体系对纤维表面的活性染料浮色进行氧化清洗,探讨尿素/H_2O_2配比、氧化清洗温度、时间、pH值等条件对活性染料氧化清洗效果的影响。结果表明,活化体系采用尿素3.84g/L,27%H_2O_2 2.25mL/L,pH值9,氧化清洗温度85℃,时间8min,具有较好的清洗效果,各项牢度指标与常规皂洗工艺相当,且氧化清洗减少了水洗次数,降低了能耗。
Oxidation rinsing of the reactive dyeings is carried out with urea/H2O2 activation system. Influences of material ratio of urea to H2O2, rinsing temperature, time and pH value are discussed. The optimum rinsing process is defined, urea of 3.84 g/L, 27%H2O2 of 2.25 mL/L, pH value of 9, rinsing at 85 ℃ for 8 min, the reactive dyeings with oxidation rinsing have good rinsing effects similar to those with traditional rinsing. The new process can save rinse baths and reduce energy con- sumption.
