摘要
热平衡测算发现,目前印花固色的蒸化机有效热能仅占总热能的20.24%,而无效的排汽热损失高达61.27%;采用蒸化织物含水率控制可减少蒸汽消耗40%~50%,减少总含氮量排放50%~65%,实现少尿素、无尿素印花工艺。
According to heat balance calculation in fixation stage of printing process, efficient heat energy occupies only 20.24% of the total heat energy of the input, and invalid exit heat loss occupies more than 61.27% of the total. Moisture control of the fabric can reduce steam consumption by 40% - 50% and nitrate emission by 50% - 65%, therefore, low-urea and urea-free printing can be realized.
