摘要
以一给定参数的具有扭曲叶片的中比转速离心泵为研究对象,对其进行水力设计。使用UG NX6.0软件对其三维建模,将由UG导出的parosolid格式的三维流体域模型导入到CFX的网格划分工具ICEM CFD中进行网格划分,采用ANSYS CFX12.1软件对其内部流场进行数值模拟及性能预测,得出离心泵在设计工况及几个典型的非设计工况点的扬程、轴功率等反映离心泵外特性的数值计算结果。该泵流量-扬程、流量-效率曲线符合离心泵的一般规律,可为设计人员提供重要的优化及设计参考。
Taking a medium specific speed centrifugal pump with given parameters and twisted blades as research objective, the hydraulic design are studied. The three-dimensional model of pump is established by UG NX6.0, and the grid is divided by ICEM CFD after importing the 3D fluid zones model in parosolid form which is exported by the UG software to CFX. The internal flow field is simulated by ANSYS CFX12.1. The performance of centrifugal pump is forecasted and the heads and shaft powers at design conditions and other typical off-design conditions which reflect the extra characteristics of pump are obtained. The flow-head and flow-efficiency curves conform to the general laws of centrifugal pump. The study can provide references to the design and optimization of centrifugal pump.
