摘要
目前,我国水利建设项目工程造价管理及财务管理存在着各自管理、相互独立的问题,需要在工程建设各阶段实现工程造价和财务的协同管理。协同管理对于业主选择投资项目、降低投资风险和成本具有较大的现实意义。通过对工程建设各方面信息的时间、空间和功能结构进行组合,使资源得到合理调配和使用,以期保障水利建设项目各项工作和管理活动的有效开展。
At present, the cost management and financial management are generally independent and unrelated in the construction of water conservancy projects in China. The cost and finance need to be managed cooperatively in all stages of project construction. The cooperative management has great role in selecting project, reducing investment risks and lowering costs. Through the combination of varieties of information about time, space and function structures in project construction, the resources will be reasonably allocated and used, and the construction and management of water conservancy projects will be effectively carried out.
