摘要
基于熵值法确定指标权重,利用PSR模型构建城市化进程中城市生态安全评价指标体系,对石家庄市进行实证研究。结果表明:近5年石家庄市生态安全指数2005~2006年处于恶劣级、2007年处于风险级、2008~2009年处于敏感级,虽总体上升,但仍处于不安全状态。城市化加剧、万元GDP能耗高、人均水资源量和人均耕地面积减少是造成生态不安全的主要原因。最后,提出保护城市生态安全的对策。
Urban ecological security assessment index system was built by using of entropy and PSR model. The aim was to make an empirical study of Shijiazhang city. The results showed that in the past 5 years" the index of urban ecological security in Shijiazhuang city was in the grade of deterioration from 2005 to 2006, at risk level on 2007 and sensitive stage from 2008 to 2009. Although in rising trend, it was almost in the stage of insecurity. The main reasons were the increasing urbanization, higher energy consumption per ten thousand yuan and decreasing per capita arable land and water resources. Finally, some kind of measures was raised to protect the urban ecological security.
