河南省旅游资源开发条件定量评价研究

The Quantitative Evaluation of the Conditions of Tourism Resourcess Development in Henan Province

运用河南省旅游资源普查数据,采用菲什拜因—罗森伯格评价模型等多种方法,对河南旅游资源的综合开发条件、各影响因子及地域分布进行了定量评价,发现河南旅游资源综合开发条件整体较好,但不同类别的影响因子有所差异,多数景点(区)开发的可达性、整体环境、经济基础、用地条件等较好。但区位条件是制约河南多数景区(点)深度开发的瓶颈因素,设施配套方面需要进一步加强。其次,河南旅游资源的综合开发条件在地域分布上相差较大,郑州市明显好于其他各地市,主要原因在于各地的区位条件、区域经济基础和用地条件的差异。最后,根据旅游资源开发因子的结构差异,将河南18个地市分为综合开发条件好、比较好、一般和较差四种类型。

By use of the census data of the tourism resources in Henan Province in 2003, this paper evaluates the conditions for the comprehensive development, factors and its geographical distribution of tourism resources in Henan Province through Fish Bein-Rosenberg evaluation model and other quantitative methods, and found that the conditions for the comprehensive development of tourism resources in Henan are overall higher, but different factors varies. The development conditions such as accessibility, environment, economic base, land use, development are better in most representative spots （area）. Geographic conditions restrict the depth developmen in most scenic areas （spots）, and the facilities in most spots （areas） also need to be further strengthened. Second, the comprehensive development conditions of tourism resources of Henan is larger different in the geographical distribution, the comprehensive development conditions of Zhengzhou is obviously better than others. It mainly due to the differences in the location, the regional economy and the land use in different cities. Finally, according to the different structure on the development factors of tourism resources, the 18 cities in Henan province can be divided into four types, that is are good, better, general and less city.
