摘要
目的:评价冠心凝胶膏剂体外释放和透皮吸收行为。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池法,以离体小鼠皮肤为屏障进行试验,HPLC测定丹酚酸B含量,考察冠心凝胶膏剂体外透皮吸收行为。结果:24 h内丹酚酸B累积释药率为92.7%,丹酚酸B累积透过率为21.97%,透过速率为71.90μg.cm-2.h。结论:冠心凝胶膏剂体外释放和透皮行为均满足中药凝胶膏剂的体外释放和透皮规律。
Objective:To evaluate in vitro release and transdermal absorption behavior of Guanxin gel ointment.Method: The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC,modified Franz diffusion cell method was applied to investigate in vitro transdermal absorption behavior of Guanxin gel ointment with isolated mouse skin as barrier.Result: In 24 hours,accumulative release rate of salvianolic acid B was 92.7%,accumulated transdermal rate of salvianolic acid B was 21.97%,transmission rate was 71.9 μg·cm-2·h.Conclusion: In vitro release and transdermal behavior of Guanxin gel ointment were all satisfied with the law of in vitro release and transdermal of Chinese medicine gel ointment.
