摘要
目的:探讨比色测定法中标准曲线的制作是否需要过原点。方法:以Folin-酚试剂法测定蛋白质含量为例,通过制作过原点和不过原点的标准曲线,分别计算设定浓度的蛋白质样品的测定值,比较测定值和真实值。结果:不过原点的标准曲线的线性相关系数R2和由此计算出的测定值都优于过原点的标准曲线。结论:比色测定法中标准曲线的制作不一定要过原点。
Objective: To investigate the colorimetric determination method in the standard curve of production need to square one. Methods: Folin-phenol reagent method determination of protein content, for example, produced through the origin but the origin of the standard curve were calculated to set the concentration of protein samples measured values, and compare the measured value and true value. Results: However, the origin of the standard linear correlation coefficient R2 and thus cal- culate the measured values are superior to the origin of the standard curve. Conclusions: The colorimetric determination method in the standard curve of production not necessarily through the origin.
