Safety evaluation study of HJZG capsules on dogs

目的:观察HJZG胶囊对犬的长期安全影响。方法:犬连续喂服HJZG胶囊90 d,停药14 d,与正常对照组比较,病理学检查结果。杂种犬32只,每组8只,3个试验组用HJZG胶囊50、250、500 mg/kg,对照组给予生理盐水,连续灌胃3个月,观察一般状况并测量动物器官指数,进行病理、血液学、血液生化学检查。结果:在3个月给药期内未发现有动物死亡及其它毒性反应;恢复期内动物的各项观察指标无异常。结论:HJZG安全剂量为500 mg/kg,对动物的毒性较低。

Objective： To observe the safety of HJZG on dogs.
