摘要
本文从小班化教育的局限性出发,揭示了小班化"组元"教学改革的背景意义、主要内涵和基本特征,阐述了小班化"组元"教学改革的理论依据、运行模式及实践成效,并针对"组元"教学改革中发现的若干问题进行了反思。
This article starts from the limitations of the small class education to further highlight the advantages of small class education,reveals the background significance,main content and basic characteristics of small class's "component" teaching reform,describes a theoretical basis,mode of operation and practical effectiveness of small class's "component" teaching reform,and reflects the problems in the "component" teaching reform to promote the next research and development.
