摘要
为解决大麻纱线在针织机上编织成圈困难的问题,探讨了采用纤维素酶对大麻纱线进行预处理,再进行阳离子柔软剂处理的方法与工艺。通过正交试验得到酶处理的最佳工艺为:纤维素酶用量2%(owf),pH值4.5,反应温度50℃,处理时间50 min,浴比1∶15。再结合质量浓度2.5 g/L阳离子柔软剂处理液在50℃条件下处理40 min,可使大麻纱线初始模量降低62.82%,纱线刚性下降明显,手感柔软,显著提高了大麻纱线的上机编织性能。
Hemp yarn for knitting machine production in the existence of difficult woven into rings issues, in this paper it discussed hemp yarns were pretreatment with cellulose and enzyme and then with cationic softener to reduce the stiffness of hemp yarn. We got the best technological conditions through the orthogonal experiments. The result indicated that the best technological conditions were: cellulose enzyme 2% (owf) , pH value 4.5, temperature 50 ℃ , treating time 50 min, liquor ratio 1: 15, then treated with softening agent under the condition of cationic softener 2.5 g/L, temperature 50℃ and time 40 min. Through the finishing, the initial modulus of hemp yarn was reduced by 62. 82%. The treatment was an effective means in reducing hemp yarn stiffness and improving its knitting performance.
