摘要
使用DEA窗口分析法从区域资源整合的角度考察除涟水机场外的七个江苏民用机场临空经济的运行效率,样本时间段为2005~2009年。实证研究的结果表明江苏七个民用机场临空经济的资源配置效率,从北到南呈现阶梯形上升状况:其中无锡机场效率最高,对外贸易是其主要优势;南京和常州机场效率其次,良好的机场运输业务和经济和谐无偏废的发展是他们各自的优势;徐州和连云港机场效率最低,对外贸易是制约他们的主要因素。研究成果可为各机场发展临空经济,优化资源整合提供参考。
This paper uses DEA window analysis method to evaluate the efficiency of regional integration of resources by Airport Economy of seven civilian airports in Jiangsu except Lianshui Airport.The results obtained are as follows:first,the efficiency is stepped up from north to south in Jiangsu;second,Wuxi Airport has the highest efficiency because of foreign trade as his main advantage;thirdly,the efficiency of Nanjing Airport and Changzhou Airport comes next.Good transportation service and harmonious economic development are their respective advantages.At last,Xuzhou Airport and Lianyungang Airport did worst.Foreign trade is the main factor restricting them.The results serve as a reference for developing Airport Economy and optimizing the integrating of resources.
