一种羧酸盐型双子表面活性剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以十二胺、二溴乙烷与丁二酸酐为原料合成了一种羧酸盐型双子表面活性剂CGS-2;采用IR,1HNMR和元素分析对中间产物和目标产物进行了结构表征,并考察了CGS-2的表面活性。结果表明,在较佳合成条件下,中间产物的产率达52.4%,从中间产物到最终产物的产率达91.5%。CGS-2水溶液的临界胶束浓度为2.23×10-5mol.L-1,比月桂酸钠低3个数量级,表面张力最低可降至29.49 mN.m-1。 A kind of carboxylate gemini surfactant CGS -2 was synthesized by using lauryl amine, dibromoethane and succinic anhydride as starting materials. Structure of the synthetic product was characterized by IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. Surface activity of the CGS - 2 product was investigated. Results showed that, under the optimum synthesis conditions, yield of the intermediate achieves 52.4%, and the yield from the intermediate to the final product CGS - 2 achieves 91.5%. Critical micelle concentration of the CGS - 2 product solution achieves 2.23 × 10-5 mol · L-1 ,which is lower than that of the conventional surfactants with order of magnitude of 3. Surface tension of the product can be minimized to 29.49 mN· m- 1.
