摘要
采用差示扫描量热法对尼龙(PA)66结晶度进行测试,通过模拟注射成型时的模具温度、冷却速度和制品的调湿、退火条件,分析其对结晶度的影响。结果表明,结晶度随着模具温度和退火温度的升高而增大,随冷却速度和调湿处理时间的增加而降低,并获取相应的关系式。
The crystallinity of polyamide(PA)66 was tested by differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), the mold temperature and cooling rate in injection molding and the humidifying and annealing conditions of plastic parts were simulated to analysis the effects of these elements on the crytallinity. The resuRs showed that the crystallinity increased with the increasing of mold temperature and annealing temperature, decreased with the increasing of cooling rate and humidifying treatment time, In addition, the corresponding relations formula were obtained.
