摘要
将聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维与羟胺试剂反应制备出改性PAN纤维。在20℃和动态条件下,对改性PAN纤维处理电镀废水进行了研究。结果表明,改性PAN纤维处理电镀废水效果很好:在20℃、废水体积流量3 mL/min、pH为4.0时,TOC和TN的去除率分别为70.6%和87.5%;对废水中Cu2+、Ni2+、Zn2+具有很好的吸附性能,其去除率分别为99.3%、98.9%、98.3%,吸附能力的大小为Cu2+>Ni2+>Zn2+。改性聚丙烯腈纤维再生利用率高,可重复利用。
Modified polyacrylonitril fiber was prepared by the reaction of polyacrylonitril fiber (PAN) and hydroxylamine agent. Under the condition of dynamic state and 20℃, treatment of electroplating wastewater by modified polyacrylonitril fiber was studied. The results showed that the effect of modified polyacrylonitril fiber treating electroplating wastewater was very good. Under the conditions of 20℃, the flow speed of 3 mL/min and pH 4.0 ofwastewater, the removal rates of TOC and TN in the wastewater were 70.6% and 87.5% respectively, the modified polyacrylonitril fiber had good adsorbability of Cu2+, Ni2+ and Znz+ with the removal rates of 99.3%, 98.9% and 98.3% respectively. The order of adsorption capacity to three kinds of metallic ions was CuZ+〉Ni2+〉 Zn2+. The modified polyacrylonitril fiber were able to be regenerated effectively and able to be used repeatedly.
