摘要
在水质特性分析的基础上,选用"气浮-水解酸化-一级好氧处理-二级MBR"工艺进行了苯酚丙酮及双酚A装置生产废水工程设计。工程运行实践表明,该工艺处理苯酚丙酮及双酚A装置生产废水是可行的,出水可实现达标排放,膜组件清洗周期较长,运行费用较低。对于MBR系统,需从系统的角度综合考虑预处理和MBR,进行整体优化设计。针对此类废水,膜生物反应器前端需采用均质调节和气浮等预处理工艺确保MBR系统正常运行。
On the basis of the analysis of water quality characteristics, phenol and acetone and bisphenol A unit wastewater treatment engineering was designed by flotation-hydrolysis acidification- primary aerobic treatemt- secondary MBR process, Engineering practice showed that phenol and acetone and bisphenol A unit wastewater treatment by this process was feasible, effluent discharge standards can be achieved, membrane unit cleaning cycle was longer and running costs was lower. As for MBR system, it was necessary for overall considernation of pre-treatment and MBR and the overall optimization of the design from the perspective of the system. The front-end of MBR process for this type of wastewater treatment needed to use homogeneous adjustment and flotation pretreatment process to ensure the normal operation of the MBR system.
