论信息管理学的核心规律——知识信息社会选择学说

On the Core Principle of Information Management:Social Choice Theory of Knowledge and Information

借鉴达尔文进化论的思想,提出了知识信息社会选择学说的完整概念和具体内容,以"社会选择"为中心,阐明了信息机构信息管理工作的基本矛盾表现为信息机构内、外部知识信息社会选择的辩证关系。并提出了知识信息演化运动中的五状态迭代模式,分析了各状态与图书情报工作各实际分工的对应关系及社会选择在各个阶段的表现形式,并指出了社会选择学说对图书情报工作具有全局意义的综合启示,由此初步建立了统一而自洽的理论体系。

On the reference of Darwinian ideas,we proposed social choice theory of knowledge and information,clarified that the basic contradiction of information management is the dialectical relationship of internal and external information selection.And,we proposed the five-state iterative mode of evolution of knowledge and information campaign,analyzed the correspondence between the process of each state and the various manifestations of social choice.Besides,we pointed out that,the social choice theory is the general revelation to intelligence.Thus,we preliminarily established a unified and self-government theory.
