摘要 目的探讨PCNA和CXCR4蛋白在结直肠癌组织芯片中的表达及其意义。方法在结直肠癌组织芯片上,应用免疫组化EnVision法检测PCNA和CXCR4表达水平,分析PCNA和CXCR4在结直肠癌的表达与患者淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤分化程度的关系及其相互关系。结果 PCNA在结直肠癌组织中的表达率为44.5%(57/128);CXCR4的表达率为43.8%(56/128),PCNA和CXCR4与患者淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤分化程度相关(P<0.05)、二者之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论同时检测结直肠癌组织中的PCNA和CXCR4蛋白的表达对判断肿瘤的恶性程度和估计预后有一定意义。 【Objective】 To evaluate the expression and significance of PCNA(Proliferative cell nuclear antigen) and CXCR4(CXC chemokin receptor 4) protein in human Colorectal carcinoma tissues in tissues-microarray.【Methods】 The expression levels of PCNA and CXCR4 protein were measured in human Colorectal carcinoma tissues by EnVision immunohistochemical method in tissues-microarray.To study the relationship between their expression and lymph node metastasis differentiations and their correlations.【Results】 The positive rates of PCNA and CXCR4 expression were 44.5%(57/128) and 43.8%(56/128) in colorectal carcinoma,respectively.The expression of PCND and CXCR4 was significantly correlated in colorectal carcinoma to lymph node metastasis and differentiations.PCNA have intimate relationship with CXCR4(P 〈0.05).【Conclusion】 PCNA and CXCR4 may be good predictors of metastasis and prognostic evaluation for colorectal carcinoma patients.
