摘要
目的探讨应用肋骨接骨板置入内固定治疗连枷胸的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析该科4年来采用肋骨接骨板置入内固定治疗20例连枷胸患者的临床资料。结果该组20例经手术内固定治疗后,胸廓塌陷畸形得到满意矫正,呼吸困难、胸部疼痛等症状明显缓解,住院时间明显缩短,且无明显并发症发生。结论应用肋骨接骨板置入内固定治疗连枷胸,具有操作简便易行、固定安全可靠、组织相容性好,有利于骨折愈合和呼吸功能改善,是一种治疗连枷胸较好的方法。
【Objective】 To discuss the method and effect of internal fixation of flail chest with rib plates.【Methods】 20 cases with flail chest managed by internal fixation with rib plates were retrospectively analyzed from Jun 2006 to May 2010.【Results】 This fixation by surgery 20 cases treatment,thoracocyllosis received satisfied correction,difficulty breathing and symptoms such as chest pain were obviously alleviated,hospitalization time significantly was shortened,with no obvious complications.【Conclusions】 This operation treatment is easy,safe,reliable and histocompatibility fixed.This method will obtain satisfactory effect because of fracture healing and respiratory function improving.
