摘要
对带式输送机的液压自动张紧装置和重锤式自动张紧装置的优缺点进行比较,液压自动张紧装置能根据带式输送机的工作情况自动调节张力大小,以保证输送带在最佳张力下运行。带式输送机启动时增加张力,正常运行时降低张力,并在运行过程中随时调整张力,保证输送带始终不打滑,又尽可能在低张力下运行,以延长输送带的使用寿命。
The hydraulic automatic take-up and the heavy-hammer typed automatic take-up for the belt conveyor were compared in the advantages and disadvantages.The former could automatically adjust the tension according to the operation of the belt conveyor,so as to ensure the operation of the conveyor at the optimal tension.During the startup of the belt conveyor,the tension increased;during the normal operation,the tension decreased and could be adjusted at any moment.Thus the belt could operate at low tension without slipping,so as to lengthen the lifespan of the belt.
