摘要
为解决振动筛停机时振动能释放产生的冲击力损坏振动机构、造成设备故障率上升的问题,研究开发一种在核心技术上具有自主知识产权的消除振动筛停机冲击的装置。该装置利用对液压缸活塞的结构设计和液压油路控制增加液体流动的行程,通过液体流动阻尼和压力降,以此吸收振动能量达到减振的目的。该装置采用了振动能量转换与吸收分离的技术,具有运行同步、减振及时的优点。
The shock generated from released vibration energy of halting vibration screen brings about the damage to the vibration mechanism and the increase in equipment failure.In view of which,a kind of anti-impact device for halting vibration screens was developed whose core technology had independent intellectual property right.The device controlled the stroke of the liquid flow through the structural design of the cylinder piston and the hydraulic circuit,and vibration energy was absorbed to reduce the vibration through the flow damping and pressure drop of liquid.The device worked on the vibration energy transformation and absorption separation technology,and was characterized by synchronous operation and timely vibration reduction.
