摘要
高脂血症患者摄食含DHA33%、EPA10%的鱼油脂肪酸制剂,可增加全血脂肪酸组成中DHA的相对含量,降低EPA、AA的含量;可增加血小板膜脂肪组成中DHA、EPA的相对含量,增加DHA/AA、EPA/AA的比值;也可增加HDL_2、HDL_3的脂肪组成中EPA的相对含量。
Hyperlipidemic patients were dieted with polyunsaturated fattyacids preparation from fish oil containing DHA 33%, EPA 1O%. After treatmentthe percentage of DHA in whole blood fatty acids composition was enhancedp<0.05, while AA and EPA reduced. The percentage of DHA, EPA in plateletmembrane fatty acids composition. ratio of DHA/AA, EPA/AA were also raisedp<0.001. It alsoenhanced EPA in fatty acids of HDL_2 and HDL_3(P<0.05).
