LHRH类似物对体外培养的孕妇胎盘组织分泌hCG及孕酮的影响

EFFECTS OF LHRH-A ON hCG AND PROGESTERONE SECRETION BY HUMAN PLACENTAL TISSUES IN VITRO'.

应用胎盘绒毛组织体外培养法和hCG、孕酮的放射免疫测定法,提示LHRH类似物对体外培养的人早孕(10～12周)和孕终末期(38～40周)绒毛组织分泌hCG均起兴奋作用。但对孕酮的分泌则影响不一;对早孕绒毛分泌孕酮有明显的抑制作用;而对孕终末期绒毛分泌孕酮却起兴奋作用。

Using hCG and progesterone redioimmunoassays, we compared theeffects of LHRH analog (LHRH-A) on hCG and progesterone secretion by cultu- red human placental tissues from arly (10～12weeks) and term (38～40 weeks)gestation. LHRH-A exerted a similar stimulant effect of different intensity onhCG secretion by placental tissues from both early and term gestation. However,the effect of LHRH-A on the progesterone secretion is inhibitory on early gestat-ion, but stimulatory on the term gestation.
