摘要
在中国与东盟贸易往来取得持续、突破性进展的情况下,从环境生成、技术建构、规制制定的角度,对中国-东盟自由贸易区的滇桂物流一体化进行深入探讨,提出构筑连接东盟的公路、铁路、内河航道和航空的滇桂立体性大交通网络,建设基于聚合效应的滇桂物流节点网络和功能齐全的信息网络,打通和理顺西南地区通向东盟的国际大通道,形成统一、协调、高效的滇桂现代化区域物流体系。
Under the situation of Sino-ASAEN trade achieving constant and breakthrough progress,this paper discusses in depth regional logistics integration in Yunnan and Guangxi based on China-ASEAN Free Trade Area from the perspective of environment,technology and regulation,and proposes the ideal goal of building a transportation network of highway,railway, inland waterways and aviation to link with ASEAN cities,and constructing a logistics notes network and a full-featured information network of Yunnan and Guangxi based on aggregate effect,therefore to open up and straight out the international transit from the southwest to ASEAN,and to form a unified,coordinated and efficient modern regional logistics system of Yunnan and Guangxi.
