摘要
从网络产品价格、网站黏性及顾客忠诚的分析入手,构建了团购网站提高销售量的概念模型,通过对Y团购网站的顾客进行在线调查,分析揭示出团购网站产品价格、团购网站用户黏性与顾客忠诚度有着显著的正相关关系,进而提出了团购网站发展的对策。
Starting from analyzing product price,site stickiness and customer loyalty,and by building a concept model of group buying sites increasing sales,this paper does online survey among site Y's customers.Analysis of survey results reveals that product price,site stickiness and customer loyalty are positively related.Based on this countermeasures of group buying sites development are proposed.
