现代大学理念

Modern University Idea

"理念"一词包含"理想和信念"两层意思,信念是基础,根据信念确定的远大目标即为理想。大学应该具有理想主义气质,会冥想、会思辨、会行动,方能出人才、出成果、出思想。大学校长应该具有自己独特的办学理念,这样才能为大学"注魂",有灵魂、理念支撑的大学才能培养出有理念的人才。中国的大学当前应该尽快在传统的基础上形成自己的理念和文化。

＂Idea＂ includes two meanings： ＂ideal＂ and ＂faith＂. ＂Faith＂ is the foundation and the objective based on faith is ＂idea＂. University should boast idealism. University president should have his own university-running idea. University with idea can cultivate talents with idea. In China, the university should form their own ideas and culture on the basis of the tradition as soon as possible.
